3 Account Registration and Management

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed, and any held funds may be forfeited.

• Update your personal information immediately if any changes occur.
• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone else.
• The user bears full responsibility for all activities carried out using their account.

KYC Verification

Before withdrawal or at any time, kxk8 may carry out an identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) process. This may require a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence, as well as proof of current address. Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds must come from your own account — third-party funds are not accepted.
• The deposit amount must be filled in correctly; transactions with an incorrect amount may delay account verification.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• A verified payment account must be used when withdrawing.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Funds related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement on that bonus has been met.
• In exceptional circumstances, additional documents may be requested, which may temporarily place the withdrawal on hold.

kxk8 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction in cases of suspicious activity or money laundering concerns.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

kxk8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

Welcome Bonus

• New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• To withdraw this bonus, wagering of 25 times the total bonus amount must be completed.
• Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• If wagering is not completed within the set time after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be usable on specific games or betting sections — details will be stated in each offer.
• Attempting to claim bonuses via multiple accounts or fraudulent methods will result in all bonuses and associated accounts being closed.
• kxk8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

VIP Program

Regular users may join the kxk8 VIP program. There are three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

Users can be promoted to a higher tier based on their activity and participation on the platform. kxk8 reserves the right to change VIP tier criteria and benefits.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The kxk8 platform offers betting and gaming across many categories including cricket, football, slots, live casino, fishing games, bingo, and more.

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is affected by a technical fault or connection issue, kxk8 will attempt to provide a resolution where applicable.
• Third-party RNG (Random Number Generator) or live feeds are used to audit game results.
• In sports betting, the official result of the relevant match is accepted for determining outcomes.
• If a match or event is cancelled, kxk8 will follow its own policy regarding settlement of the related bets.
• To ensure fair play, kxk8 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting patterns and void bets.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kxk8 platform. Violating these rules will result in account closure and funds may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering an account with false or fabricated information.
• Strategic betting intended to exploit the bonus system (bonus hunting).
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the platform's software or systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Placing bets on behalf of minors or assisting them in accessing the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other users.
• Reselling services to third parties without authorisation from kxk8.

• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
